Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy applies for 14 days from when you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
Return Costs
- The customer pays the return shipping when wishing to return an item (right of withdrawal/not defective/wrong purchase).
- If the error is our fault (e.g., wrong item, color, or size, or defective upon delivery), we cover the return shipping or send a new item at no extra cost.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@kitchik.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product description
- Reason for return
Return requests after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Process
When we receive and inspect the return, we will send an email confirming whether the refund is approved or denied.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within a few days (depending on your bank).
Tip: We recommend trackable shipping for returns. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
Important to Note
- Color Variations: Images may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
- Our Mistakes: If we send the wrong item/color/size or the item is defective upon receipt, we cover the return or send a new item.
- Customer Responsibility: Providing the wrong address when ordering does not entitle you to a refund. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Return / Exchange for Errors
If the error is our fault, we sincerely apologize! We are happy to replace or exchange the item.
How to Send a Replacement Request
- Take a photo of the issue (for size issues, please use a ruler for reference).
- Send an email to support@kitchik.com with the subject: “Order #[your order number] – Replacement Request”.
- Include photos and a brief description.
Support will respond within 1 business day with further instructions.
Delivery Guarantee: All orders are guaranteed delivery. If an order is not received due to unforeseen circumstances, we will send a replacement item to the original delivery address.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer (it may take time for the refund to be registered).
- Contact your bank (there may be processing time).
- Contact us at support@kitchik.com if you still have not received the refund.
