Cancel your purchase

According to the right of withdrawal law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the cancel button (at the bottom right of the screen) and fill out the form, or use the email button below. Once we have received your request, we will confirm it via email.

Important Information

In order for us to process your request, you must provide your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, it may in some cases be stopped immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, the right of withdrawal still applies, but the item must then be returned according to our return policy.
  • The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you received the item, not from the order date.
