Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please email support@kitchik.se with your full name, order number, product description, and reason for the return. Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined. We appreciate your understanding. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days—depending on your bank.
Please read our product descriptions carefully. Note that the color of the image may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting conditions during photography or screen settings.
Occasionally, problems with an order may arise. We’re all only human! If this happens, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the issue was due to our error, we will gladly replace or refund the item.
NOTE: You must pay the shipping cost for the return yourself, unless it concerns a quality issue.
Our Responsibility
Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Product Sent: If we send the wrong product, color, or size.
Your Responsibility
Oops! Along the way, a mistake might have happened on your side. If that’s the case, it is up to you to rectify it, and we unfortunately cannot refund your item. For example:
Incorrect Address Provided: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer at purchase.
Return / Exchange Process
If you believe an error occurred due to a mistake on our side, please accept our sincere apologies! Your satisfaction is our top priority! We are happy to replace or exchange any items we missed.
Instructions for Exchange Request
Follow these instructions for a return request:
Take a photo of the issue—if it concerns sizing, use a ruler.
Send an email with the subject line "Order # "Your Order Number" Exchange Request" to support@kitchik.se.
Include the following:
- Photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- Order number—if there are multiple products in the order, specify which product the issue concerns.
Our support team will respond within one business day, and return instructions will be provided.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement product will be ordered. The replacement product will be sent to the original delivery address provided at the time of order. Refunds will not be issued if the customer ordered the wrong size/color/quantity, etc. We ship exactly the items you selected at the time of purchase. If you need to change the order, please email us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes, and a refund will not be issued.
Items received damaged or defective will be replaced with the same item at no cost. We also offer full refunds for defective or damaged items.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@kitchik.se.
